What does SYNDIC HQ actually do?
It runs your social content operation end to end: SYNDIC develops ideas, produces finished content in your brand voice, routes it through your review, organizes your publishing calendar, and distributes approved work to the social accounts you connect.
Will it understand my business?
That's what setup is for. You give SYNDIC your business profile, brand voice, and context — about 30 minutes, guided, with progress saved — and everything it produces works from that foundation, not generic templates.
Does AI just post things on its own?
No. AI does the production; you make the decisions. Every piece goes through your review queue, and nothing is published without your explicit approval. You can edit, regenerate, or reject anything.
Where does my content go?
Content is produced and approved in SYNDIC for any of these destinations. Where a platform lets us deliver for you, we publish on schedule; where it does not, you get a finished, ready-to-post piece to publish yourself.
- LinkedIn — Published and scheduled to the company page you connect.
- Reddit — Published and scheduled to the subreddit you choose.
- TikTok — Delivered to your TikTok drafts — TikTok does not allow apps to post on your behalf, so you tap post.
- Facebook — Produced and approved in SYNDIC; connecting your page for automatic delivery is not open yet.
- Instagram — Produced and approved in SYNDIC; connecting your account for automatic delivery is not open yet.
Who owns the connected accounts and the content?
You do. Your social connections are authorized by you, belong to your workspace alone, and can be disconnected at any time. You retain ownership of your content.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes, once. It's a guided flow covering your business, brand, and working preferences — and your progress is saved, so you can step away and come back.
Can my team work in it too?
Yes. Plans include multiple team seats with role-based permissions — from view-only through creator, reviewer, and administrator — so who can create, approve, and publish is always under your control.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $499/month with clear limits on platforms, team seats, and monthly content production. One plan, one price — no hidden platform fees, no surprise publishing fees.
