SYNDIC HQ is a multi-customer platform designed from the ground up around workspace isolation and customer control.

Your workspace is yours alone

Every customer runs in an isolated workspace. Your content, brand settings, media, schedules, and team are scoped to your workspace and are not visible to any other customer.

Your social accounts stay yours

You authorize your own social accounts through each platform's official authorization flow. Connections belong to your workspace — they are never shared with, or usable by, anyone else. Disconnect at any time and stored access is revoked.

Credentials are handled server-side

Access tokens for your connected accounts are stored and used on the server only. They are never exposed to the browser, to other users, or to other workspaces.

You control what gets published

Publishing is approval-gated. Content moves through your review queue, and only work you have explicitly approved is scheduled or delivered.

Role-based team permissions

Each team member gets a role with defined abilities — from view-only to full administration. Who can create, approve, publish, or manage the workspace is always under your control.

Payment handled by Stripe

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. SYNDIC HQ does not store your card details.
